July in North Carolina

We finally got a chance to visit North Carolina where my youngest son, Jason and his wife Sonya live. They live a small town called Hampstead. It is really a lovely area. I'm so proud of the two Kids, they just had their first house built. Here are photos of their house.

The top two photos are of the front of the house, but views from a different angle.

This is the back of the house. They have a large yard, and
to Bill's delight, it is on a golf
course, we didn't bring our
golf clubs this trip, but we
sure will the next time. And, yes if you think that is a police car in the drive, you are right, I'm proud to say that my daughter-in-law is a police officer. |

This is their sun porch on the back of the house. As a house warming gift, Bill and I got them the patio set you see here. We spent a lot of time out here.

This is part of their home on the inside, taken from the back door. Of course you are looking at the kitchen and part of the living room. It is a very nice house
While visiting with my son and daughter-in-law, they took
us to Historic Wilmington. We went on a horse drawn carriage tour
of the Historic district What a beautiful area this is.
Naturally I took several pictures. To keep this page loading
fairly fast, I am putting the photo's of this area on another page..
please take the time to have a look. |
