Bill and I took a trip to Vermont in late October. The primary purpose was to drive Bill's truck back that his youngest son Timothy had borrowed when he moved to Vermont. However, there were many secondary reasons for the trip. The most important was although I had talked to Timothy several times on the phone, I had yet to physically meet him also I had never been to Vermont and like everyone else had heard the Autumn colors were something to see. Also, Bill  and I like to travel. This trip was a new adventure for me, you see instead of driving or flying to Vermont, we drove to Sarnia, Ontario, boarded a train and went by rail to Montreal, where we then rented a car and drove the remaining hour or so to Timothy's house. If you have never traveled by train, let me recommend it to you..what a pleasure it is.

Of course we took many, many pictures, mostly the area around Timothy's house. He lives on the top of the Green Mountain chain and the vista's are breathtaking. Timothy also has a beautiful home and the immediate area around his house kept this shutter bug extremely busy. I hope you enjoy the photo's as much as I enjoyed taking them.

The top photo is just one taken on the drive to Timothy's house. The colors were spectacular, and these few photo's are just a small portion of the photo's I took.

The next few photo's are of Timothy's house and the area surrounding his house.

The photo is the approach drive to Timothy's house.

This is the pond that is on Timothy's property. This is what you see from the front porch and out all the front windows.

Below is another view of the same pond.

Below is a view of Timothy's house from across the of the pond.

Below was perhaps my most favorite inanimate subject, on this trip, I took many photo's of this building, I will be adding others as time permits. My most favorite subject of course is Bill and our families. The bottom two are of Bill and his son Timothy.

Timothy is the spitting image of his father when he and I first started dating way back when. It is uncanny, even there facial expressions and hand gestures are the same.

This is Bill all grown up, but still just as handsome as always.

This is Timothy, Bill's son and our gracious host.
